DC++ - клиент для пиринговой сети с собственным протоколом Direct Connect. Позволяет производить обмен файлами между отдельными пользователями. Программа позволяет просмотреть содержание открытых пользователем директорий и скачать все сразу или определенный файл из папки. Клиент включает всё необходимое для работы. Отличается от других конкурентов надёжностью работы и стабильностью обновления дистрибутива. Поддерживает хеширование и скачивание из нескольких источников. Имеет развитую функциональность чата.
